You are now required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination before entering most stores, venues and events in Victoria. The easiest way to prove you are fully vaccinated is with a COVID-19 digital certificate. Find out how to access your COVID-19 digital certificate.

Your COVID-19 digital certificate and immunisation history statement are proof of your COVID-19 vaccination. COVID-19 digital certificates play an important role in helping Victorians to stay safe.

It’s free to access your COVID-19 digital vaccine certificate. You can access your COVID-19 digital certificate through your myGov accountExternal Link or your Medicare online accountExternal Link . You can also access an immunisation history statementExternal Link , which lists your COVID-19 vaccinations and all other vaccinations, through the Australian Immunisation RegisterExternal Link (AIR).

You may need to wait for your digital certificate; it can take up to 10 days for your vaccination to be uploaded to the AIR. Learn how to access your COVID-19 digital certificate via Services Australia - how to get proof of your COVID-19 vaccinationExternal Link . If you don’t have access to a smartphone, you can print your COVID-19 digital certificate or immunisation history statement from myGovExternal Link .

If you don’t have access to a printer, you can ask your GP, pharmacy, or community centre where you received your vaccination to print your COVID-19 digital certificate or immunisation history statement for you. Alternatively, call Services Australia on 1800 653 809 and ask them to send your immunisation history statement to you. It can take up to 14 days to arrive in the post.
