Sherwin Rise at Aurora are hosting a virtual series of Easy Tai Chi classes in October.

Join in each week for this movement class which will guide you through this gentle and restorative exercise therapy. It will help to release physical, mental and emotional stress to improve your health and wellbeing. This easy Tai Chi course explores slow stretches, and gentle flowing movements with a strong focus on mindfulness and presence.

Originally from France, the teacher Agnes Paoli relocated permanently to Australia in 2011 where she embarked on a deep self-discovery and healing journey through various mind, body and spiritual practices and completely changed her life-style. She became an advocate of natural healing therapies and body awareness.
