The Victorian Seniors Festival Reimagined returned with a bang in 2021– with some fabulous performances from some big-name stars from Victoria’s arts and entertainment world. With new content uploaded each month, the Festival Reimagined ran from June to December 2021.
The Festival theme was Keep’n On, highlighting that despite a global pandemic, the thriving lives of our Victorian seniors continued.
Nurse Next Door Home Care Country Concert Series
The Festival was proud to present the Nurse Next Door Home Care Country Concert Series, bringing the fun of the festival right around Victoria in March and April 2022.
From Warrnambool to Wangaratta, Warragul and beyond, senior Victorians had the chance to enjoy free concerts from popular performers including Tania Kernaghan, Spectrum, and tribute bands Creedence Clearwater Survival and SOS The Australian ABBA Tribute Show.
The Country Concert series, sponsored by Nurse Next Door Home Care , was delivered in partnership with Victorian local councils.

Festival Aged Care Tour
In a Festival first, the Victorian Seniors Festival Aged Care Tour saw leading Victorian performers deliver magic, music, glamour and entertainment to Victorian seniors who might not have been able to experience the fun of the Festival due to COVID-19 restrictions. From early December 2021 to March 2022, the Victorian Seniors Festival: Aged Care Tour visited homes in a range of locations including Thornbury, Warburton, Mornington, Heathcote and Ballarat.
The Victorian Seniors Festival: Aged Care Tour provided opportunities for seniors to not only participate in new and diverse activities, which can enhance their health and wellbeing, but also enjoy the reintroduction of entertainers following the cancellation of visitors and volunteers during lockdown.
