This program is a very special re-encounter of Iaki, David and Evri for the Victorian Seniors Festival. After 8 years, these three top jazz artists reconnect, and bring Australia and Latin America closer through their sounds.

Featuring:
Iaki Vallejo - singing since the age of 10, Colombian singer/songwriter Iaki Vallejo has travelled the world, composing, performing and studying with luminary figures. She released her first album in Australia in 2016, and her new EP contains seven original songs ranging from ballads, currulao, jazz, reggae and salsa. In 2019 Iaki was nominated for Music Victoria's best intercultural act.

David Jones - acclaimed, innovative Master drummer and educator, David Jones is a Melbourne based, world class performer and recording artist. Experienced in all styles of music, David is also a mesmerising solo drummer/percussionist.

Evripidies Evripidou - Evri is one of Australia’s leading bassists. He holds a degree in Jazz and Classical studies and has toured alongside artists such as James Morrison and Antonio Sanchez. Evripides has gained a reputation as an inventive and electrifying player through innovative use of multi string basses and electronic effects.
