The Seniors Card program respects your privacy. The Seniors Card program is required to comply with the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Vic) in relation to its collection and use of your personal information. All your personal information is collected and managed in strict accordance with the Act.

The Seniors Card program collects and uses your personal information for the purpose of administering the program. This includes mailing to you your Seniors Card, free off-peak travel vouchers, annual directory, Government information and special offers from participating businesses. Your personal information may be disclosed to agencies contracted to manufacture the card or assist with mailing information.

The Seniors Card program is a Victorian Government initiative in partnership with participating business within the private sector. From time to time, participating businesses present special offers in addition to those listed in the annual directory. The Senior Card program does not provide your personal information to participating businesses.
