Seniors Card
The Seniors Card program is a Victorian Government initiative in partnership with the private sector to encourage people who have retired or who are working part time to continue to engage with the community.
Introduced by the Victorian Government in 1991, the Seniors Card program acknowledges and thanks seniors for the contributions they have made to their communities and the State of Victoria.
The Victorian Government is committed to enhancing the quality of life for older Victorians by promoting positive ageing and supporting seniors to lead independent, active and healthy lives. The Seniors Card program aims to encourage seniors to make the most of their retirement by making it more affordable to get out and about in the community.
Upon joining the program, card holders are able to access public transport discounts as well as a wide range of discounted goods and services from participating businesses.
For more information see Seniors Card benefits page. To see what discounts and offers are currently available from participating businesses please view our Discount Directory.
