The Victorian Seniors Card is not intended as an income supplement or support scheme and does not provide assistance with prescriptions, land and water rates, utility bills, or vehicle registration.
- Is there a Seniors Card for people under 60?

To be eligible for a Victorian Seniors Card you must be 60 years of age. The Victorian Seniors Card Program is not affiliated with any other private member organisation.
- Why haven't I received my off-peak travel vouchers?

The free off-peak travel vouchers are sent out every September with the annual Discount Directory. Households with more than one card holder receive their vouchers together in the same envelope.
If you have not received your vouchers please call the program on 1300 797 210 to confirm we have your correct address details.
- I have received a special offer in the mail. Is this from Seniors Card?

All Seniors Card special offers are sent out with the Seniors Card logo displayed on the envelope, and come with a flyer inside, entitled: "Important privacy information". The Seniors Card program complies with the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Vic) and does not provide your personal information to businesses.
Please note that the Seniors Card program does not endorse or guarantee the quality or suitability of any goods or services offered by participating businesses.
- My Seniors Card is lost/damaged/stolen. How do I get a replacement?

When you join the Victorian Seniors Card program you can indicate on your form if you would also like to receive a free Seniors myki card.
