Cancel Your Card
To cancel a Victorian Seniors Card please call 1300 797 210 or email seniorscard@health.vic.gov.au
In all cases, we need to confirm the date of birth of the card holder and - where possible - the Seniors Card number.
Circumstances under which cancellation may apply
Cancellation may apply if the card holder has:
- moved, or is about to move, on a permanent basis to another state or territory of Australia. In this case, you will need to join the Seniors Card Program which applies to your new place of permanent residence. See also interstate Seniors Card offices.
- moved, or is about to move, permanently overseas
- no longer meets the eligibility criteria because they have returned to full time paid employment. Full time employment is defined as working 35 hours or more per week
- passed away or no longer requires any of the benefits of membership.
