About Us

Seniors Online is a new website developed by the Victorian Government which aims to be a first port-of-call for Victorian seniors looking for information online.

Content ranges from information on relevant Victorian Government programs and initiatives to community contacts and links to relevant organisations and will continue to grow as the website matures.

The site was first active in August 2011, but the site will continue to be broadened and improved, with new features and functions being added in response to feedback and ideas from Victorian seniors. Major developments will be publicised on the homepage.

We know that not all Victorians use a computer or are confident seeking information online. This website will provide a new way to communicate with Victorian seniors but will not replace other channels of government information and publications.

The Victorian Government continues to support the Seniors Information Victoria service which provides free information and referral for seniors on the telephone and via a Melbourne CBD shopfront, 247 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Vic 3000.
