Participation for CALD Seniors grants program
Regularly connecting with people is an important part of a fulfilling and healthy lifestyle.
People from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds will make up an increasing proportion of our older Victorians and evidence shows that older people from CALD backgrounds are often at a higher risk of social isolation due to a range of factors.
The Participation for CALD Seniors grants program is a small grants program that offers grants to organisations to create or expand social participation opportunities for socially isolated CALD seniors.
Grants of up to $10,000 are available.
Round 2 now open
The second round of the grants program is currently open for applications until Friday 8 March 2013.
